Southeastern Expeditions, one of the oldest whitewater adventure companies in the Southeast, opened it’s doors in 1972, using equipment purcahsed from Warner Brothers following the filming of the movie Deliverance. In 2006 SEE’s founder, Claude Terry sold the company to his friends at The Ocoee Adventure Company. Having operated on the Ocoee River and in Costa Rica, we are very excited to add the Chattooga River’s beautiful wild and scenic setting to our selection of Adventure destinations.

Southeastern Expeditions has introduced thousands of people to the fun and thrill of whitewater adventures on the Chattooga River. Our goal is to provide the finest, most enjoyable outdoor adventures, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
