Cost: $10 per person
Location: Harrah’s Las Vegas.
Starting at noon on Oct. 31 and continuing until 3:00 a.m., Carnaval Court, the outdoor bar famous for its world-renowned flair bartenders, will transform into the Strip’s wildest Halloween destination.
