Why GastroPub?
GastroPubs are now a recognized form of eatery in Western Europe. Simply put, they are pubs that serve good food. Simplicity, while much lauded can often sell things short and the Gastropub is so much more than just a good food pub. It is a thumbed up nose at those temples of gastronomy that make good food accessible only to those who can pay. What better way to rebel than to serve posh food in a boozer? People love it.
