Co-owners Kim and Holly Forsythe created an instant legacy with the introdution of Sambuca to the Dallas dining scene in 1991. They began serving delicious entrees, paired with incredible musical talent in their Deep Ellum restaurant, and Dallas residents poured in to devour the perfect mix.
Kim and Holly recognized the appeal of their modern day supper club and began plans to expand the concept to numerous cities across the United States and beyond. This brother and sister duo is no stranger to the fast paced, fickle and demanding restaurant business, but was confident about the ability to intrigue other cities with the Sambuca experience.
