Best Romantic Restaurant New Jersey

Charming Continental Cuisine in a 150 Year-Old Southern NJ Farmhouse
La Campagne is a charming BYOB in Cherry Hill, NJ with a turn of the century fireplace, four intimate dining rooms and hardwood floors. The cuisine is described as continental, and is cooked in a traditional French and Northern Italian style. The restaurant has been open for eighteen years and has received many accolades, including Best Restaurant in South Jersey by Philadelphia Magazine and one of the top ten most romantic restaurants in the state by New Jersey Magazine.
Just a few minutes from the neighborhood I grew up in, La Campagne’s fare is all prepared to order with only the freshest of ingredients. Besides its charm and ambience, my favorite things about it are the diverse selection of cheeses, the homemade sauces and breads and the fact that they make use of the fresh produce and meats from local New Jersey farms as much as possible. I love bringing a favorite bottle of red wine and sampling a new dish each time I go.
The chef offers a delectable multi-course tasting menu which you can enjoy at the coveted “Chef’s Table.” The main dining room is great for private parties and can fit up to seventy-five guests. The outdoor covered patio is wonderful in warmer months. Don’t forget to check out the private cooking classes that are offered if you are so inclined.

Good evening! My husband is a wonderful cook, but is limited to the usual fare. I was wondering if private
lessons were available. I am only looking for perhaps one or two lessons that would involve complicated dishes he wouldn’t be able to make without guidance. He is a 7th grade science teacher - not looking for a future as a chef… but who knows!
