Choose Your Vacation Houseboat The 16 Sleeper Thoroughbred is a full width cabin houseboat with a hull design, making room for state rooms below the deck. Below deck there are two private sleeping areas with a vanity mirror and sink. On the main deck, there are 3 private state rooms; two have double beds and one has double bunks. The dinette and sofa both fold down into double beds as well, offering a total of 8 double beds. Behind the hard top area is a HOT TUB. Houseboats have all the modern conveniences and are available in 5 models that sleep 12-16 people. All boats are equipped with swim slide & ladder, refrigerator/freezer, range & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, gas barbeque, evaporative coolers and walk around decks. Shasta Marina Houseboats are available for rental year round. Each houseboat may vary in length of rental time.
