Save San Francisco Golf
From our friends at Golden Gate Golf
Hey Everyone,
The City of San Francisco is planning to shut down Golden Gate Park, Harding Park, Sharp Park, Glen Eagles, and Lincoln Park (the oldest sf public course) golf courses unless we do something about it.
Note: Harding would be bought out and potentially become a private club.
These PUBLIC courses have reasonable prices to help make golf more affordable in this high cost of living city. According to the City the courses are not making enough money. Therefore they may be shut down. Please fill out the survey to give your support. Goldengategolf.com’s mission is to make golf more accesible for everyone. Having these great courses close would be a very very sad thing to all golfers out there.
In the next few weeks Lucky Swingers will have a party to benefit this cause. I hope you all can make it.
Here’s the link. Please fill it out this SURVEY

I will be visiting San Antonio at the end of April and wanted to play 2 or 3 quality courses in the area. What would you recommend? I don’t mind paying for quality, but a good course for the $ is desired.
