On the first Friday in November, you can join the Harvest Celebration at a Winemaker Dinner at one of San Luis Obispo’s fabulous wineries.

fresh mano de leon scallop, marinated in mellow red miso, seared and thinly sliced over a sushi rice cake. Served with a saffron-white miso cream sauce and garnished with crispy soba noodles and steamed edamame. Paired with Pinot Blace - Bien Nacido Vineyard - Santa Maria Valley - 2004

Roasted Quail Salad oven roasted quail, fresh goat cheese, baby lettuces, toasted hazelnuts, finished with a orange vinaigrette. Paired with Pinot Noir - Edna Valley - 2002

Grilled Beef Tenderloin with garam masala spiced zinfandel reduction, roasted onion trio, duxelle of morel, porcini, and local oyster mushrooms, fingerling potatoes, and market fresh greens. Paired with Zinfandel - Barn Owl Vineyard - Paso Robles - 2002

Chocolate Oblivion Torte, dense flourless torte with belgian chocolate ganache, fresh whipped cream, and fresh raspberries. Paired with Syrah ZB - Bien Nacido Vineyard - Santa Maria Valley - 2002

Agnolotti, homemade half moon shaped ravioli stuffed with scampi in a light saffron sauce. Hommade Tortelloni stuffed with pumpkin and ricotta cheese in a sage and mascarpone cheese sauce topped with toasted walnuts.
