It’s the best disco, dance, R&B and soul party in Lake Tahoe! “Arty the Party” as he’s affectionately called has been playing in Lake Tahoe for several years and now calls Casino Center Stage at Harrah’s his home.Arthur’s incredible music career began as a lead singer for San Francisco’s 13-piece Zasu Pitts Memorial Orchestra. He then went on to star in the city’s famous stage musical production “Beach Blanket Babylon.” It didn’t take long before the San Francisco Giants, Oakland A’s and the 49er’s invited Arthur to come and sing the national anthem to open their games.
Arthur has developed a large following of loyal fans from here to L.A. People come to hangout and watch, then can’t help themselves when they end up dancing in their seats. Arthur’s versatility ranges from renditions of Van Morrison to party and dance hits from Shaggy.

Saw Arty play and was real good. He sang a song that was Sinatra era that me & my wife are trying to figure out. It had the lyrics that went something like “picked up rolled up cigarettes”. He played it both nights we were there and were hoping that he could tell us the name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen you play for the past 14 years where ever you are in Lake Tahoe on the second week/weekend in August. You are truley a family treasure to our memories we make when visiting South Lake Tahoe. I am getting married this year on 8-8-08 and would love for you to attend our reception. Please let me know if you can make a guest appearance or I will come see you at harrahs oh and please be sure to bring have the guest who sings Sugar hill gang “Rappers Delight” (just kidding) I am not sure how to reach you so I thought this would be best.
