Madera Wine Trail Welcomes Visitors to
Holiday Spirit Wine Trail Weekend
November 11th & 12th, 2006
Come join the merry vintners of the Madera Wine Trail as they open the doors of their wineries to celebrate the end of harvest and the beginning of the holiday season. The wineries will be open both Saturday and Sunday, November 11th & 12th from 10am to 5pm. The participating wineries for this event will include two new wineries for the Madera Wine Trail, Birdstone Winery and Mariposa Wine Company, who are excited to introduce patrons to their wines and hospitality.
Joining Birdstone Winery and Mariposa Wine Company, the wineries of Chateau Lasgoity, Ficklin Vineyards, Oak Hollow Winery, Pacific Crest Winery, Quady Winery and Westbrook Wine Farm will delight visitors to wonderful food, music, art and some barrel tastings throughout the weekend. The purchase of a $15 commemorative passport glass available at any participating winery entitles visitors to taste the award winning wines of the Madera Wine Trail vintners on both days. The only exception is Westbrook Wine Farm who will welcome visitors by appointment, from 10am until 3pm both days.
The small, family-owned wineries of the Madera Wine Trail are committed to making premium quality wines from grapes produced in the Madera Appellation and Madera County. Bring a friend, relative or just another wine lover and join the vintners for a celebration featuring their best wines of the season.
