Cal Expo Fireworks Extravaganza

SACRAMENTO, CA (June 15, 2006)– For the eighth consecutive year, the California Exposition & State Fair will join with the City and County of Sacramento to present an Independence Day extravaganza at Cal Expo’s Budweiser Grandstand
Supported by media partners News10, KNCI 105.1 and Cal Expo sponsors Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Golden 1 and Starbucks. The Cal Expo fireworks display, which is the largest in Northern California, will be provided by Pyro Spectaculars.
Fireworks begin at 9:30pm
“State Fair Star” Talent Show Auditions
New for 2006, the State Fair will be hosting the “State Fair Star” Talent Show preliminary auditions at the July 4th Celebration. Auditions are open to 16-28 year old vocalists hoping to pursue their dreams of becoming the next singing superstar!
