Great list! I’ve been to a number of them, including The Fat Duck, French Laundry, L’Atelier… (Paris), Le Quartier Francais, Nobu, Le Chateaubriand. All were amazing, but the French Laundry was my favorite!

Great List!
No.22 Cracco is in Milan.
No.28 Gambero Rosso is in Santa Flavia.
I guess there are two great restaurants missing both in Rome: La Pergola by Heinz Beck at the Cavalieri Hilton Rome & the Mirabelle at The Splendide Royal Hotel.

My good friend visited no 9 Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and he was talking about it maybe for two years. He said he had never eaten anything like in that restaurant! I really had to be delicious because he is not that type who likes everything.

I’ve learned while traveling in Greece, give yourself extra time if you are riding a ferry. Sometimes they don’t run! I got stuck on Mykonos - one of life’s better hardships!
