This is my favorite dining establishment hands down!
I am currently living in the greater Tampa area, and their CG is my favorite, but the DC location was my first and is an amazing experience in it’s own right.
One of my favorite things about this restaurant is how flexible they are with the menu. Choose a steak, and have them ad a different rub or treatment to mix it up, they won’t mind. Paul (a Tampa CG Bartender) suggested having their lambchops with two different rubs: the kona rub on two and the porcini rub on two for an amazing meal…
I guarantee you will enjoy every Capital Grille dining experience. I know I do. It’s my fine dining home…
