Tour the State Capitol (way cooler now that Arnold has arrived) Welcome! California’s State Capitol is both a beautiful historic building and the place where California’s governing bodies do their work. Come in and take a tour. Features: Explore the new Art & Architecture multimedia tour and re-visit the Multimedia Library’s interactive timeline, which has been expanded to add 50 events with accompanying media about California’s history. California life and lore is replete with remarkable women. On May 13, 2004, the California State History Museum premiered the “California’s Remarkable Women Exhibit.”
